How do I send my
laptop to you?
If you live near us, just stop
by our store. It is located on Waters just before the Veterans
Expressway. If you live in the Greater Tampa Bay Area but do not wish to
stop by, either give us a call or send your laptop to

What should I send/bring with
my laptop?
Please send your laptop with a
small note that states your address (not P.O. Box) name and phone
number. Also include in this note a small description of the problem you
need us to fix, along with any special directions.
Also please do not include any
accessories with your laptop unless you are asked to by us. For example
please do not send power adapters, PCMCIA cards, or external hard
drives. If your problem is with a device (PCMCIA Modem for example)
please call us ahead of time. We will be more than happy to make
arrangements.
What should I send my laptop
in?
Please send your laptop in a
laptop shipping case. We will not be responsible for damages caused by
incorrectly sending a laptop. You can get a suitable box at any UPS
store or post office. If you send your laptop in a box that is not meant
for laptops we will charge you the cost of a box to ship it back to you.
Please do not send laptops in normal shipping boxes. We see a large
number of laptops that get damaged during shipping to us. UPS will not
cover the damages if it was shipped incorrectly. If you are using
Affordable Currier Solutions, they do not require a box.
Will you call before you fix my
laptop?
Yes, unless you include in the
note with your laptop, an amount that you do don't wish to exceed. For
example if you say that you don't want the cost to exceed $200.00 we
will call you only if the repairs will exceed $200. Otherwise we'll just
call once the repair is completed to arrange shipping and payment.
When do I pay for the repairs?
You pay after the completion of
the repairs.
How can I pay for my laptop
repairs?
Payment can be made via Visa or
Master Card. In store Pick-Ups can be paid with Visa, Master Card, or
cash. We also accept Pay-Pal, but you must call first.
Can I pay with Cash/Check/Money
Order? I live out of state.
Unfortunately we do not except
mail-in payments from out of state customers. You can however use
Pay-Pal and make a payment with an E-Check. You can also call and make
other arrangements for payment.
What will you do if I do not
pay?
First if you can not pay because
the price is too high let us know. We can work something out. If you do
not pay or do not call after 30 days from the date we finish our work on
your laptop, we will take possession of it and sell if for the cost of
the repairs. If you need and extra week or are having a problem with the
price let us know before 30 days.
